Creamy Mango Peach Tea Smoothie

A refreshing breakfast smoothie or post-workout drink with natural fruit sweetness and tropical flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of brewed sugar-free mango peach tea (chilled)

  • 1 cup of frozen mango chunks

  • 1 frozen peach slice

  • Half cup of vanilla Greek yogurt

  • Half banana

  • 1 tablespoon of sweetener or your choice (optional)

  • Garnish mint leaves for decoration

Instructions

  1. Brew the sugar-free mango peach tea and allow it to cool

  2. Add chilled tea, frozen mango and peaches, yogurt, banana, and ice to the blender

  3. Blend on high speed for 45-60 seconds

  4. Taste and add sweetener

  5. Pour into glasses

  6. Decorate with mint leaves and fresh fruit slices
