Refund policy

Return Policy:
If you have an item that you wish to return, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order at aloha@teachest.com or (808) 591-9400. You MUST contact us prior to returning your products.

We do not cover the costs of return shipping charges unless due to company error. In order to receive full credit, all returns must be unopened in their original packaging and in unused condition.

Exchange Policy:
Tea Chest Hawaii will exchange any unopened or unused product for product of equal value within 14 days of our receipt of the return. You will be responsible for shipping costs to us unless due to company error.

Canceling or Changing an Orders:
We are not able to cancel or change orders once they are placed on our website. Please carefully review your order before placing them.
