    Ingredients:

    • ½ cup brewed Butterfly Pea tea (steep 1 tsp in 200°F water for 6 min, chill)
    •  ½ cup brewed Hibiscus Bliss tea (steep 1 tsp in 200°F water for 4 min, chill)
    •  ½ cup coconut water
    • ¼ cup fresh or frozen mixed berries

    Instructions:

    1. Fill popsicle molds halfway with chilled Hibiscus Bliss tea for a deep ruby red base.

    2. Add a layer of berries.

    3. Pour the chilled Butterfly Pea tea on top to create a stunning blue layer.

    4. Top off with coconut water for a crisp, light finish.

    5. Freeze 4–6 hours until solid.

    Pro tip: Add berries last to keep them visible near the front for a beautiful layered effect.

    Ingredients:
     

    • ¾ cup brewed Butterfly Pea tea (chilled)
    •  ½ cup lemonade
    • Optional: fresh lemon zest or a few mint leaves

    Instructions:

    1. Mix lemonade and Butterfly Pea tea together for a purple hue.

    2. Pour into molds and freeze.

    3. Add zest or mint for a fresh twist.

    3. Hibiscus & Pineapple Homemade summer popsicles

    Tropical, tangy, and naturally caffeine-free, these popsicles are a fruity treat the whole family can enjoy.

    Ingredients (Makes ~6 popsicles):
     

    • 1 cup brewed Hibiscus Bliss tea (steep 1 heaping tsp in 200°F water for 4 minutes, chill)
    • ¾ cup pineapple juice
    • 1 tbsp honey or agave (optional, for sweetness)
    • ¼ cup chopped pineapple chunks
    • Optional: fresh mint leaves or berries for extra color

    Instructions:

    1. Brew and chill your Hibiscus Bliss tea.

    2. Mix the tea, pineapple juice, and honey/agave until well combined.

    3. Add a few pineapple chunks and optional mint or berries into each mold.

    4. Pour the liquid mixture over the fruit in the molds.

    5. Freeze for 4–6 hours or until solid.

    Tip: For extra flair, layer with coconut water or lemonade before freezing!

    A vibrant, fruity mock sangria that’s as beautiful as it is refreshing—perfect for warm-weather entertaining.

    Ingredients (Serves 4):

    • 2 cups brewed Hibiscus Bliss tea (steep for 4 minutes, then chill)
    • 1 cup pineapple juice
    • ½ cup orange juice
    • ½ cup sliced oranges and limes
    • ½ cup chopped pineapple
    • ½ cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
    • Optional: Sparkling water for topping

    Instructions:

    1. Brew hibiscus tea and let it chill.

    2. In a pitcher, combine chilled hibiscus tea, pineapple juice, and orange juice.

    3. Stir in the sliced fruit and berries.

    4. Let it sit in the fridge for 1–2 hours to infuse.

    Ingredients (serves 1):

    Layer the following ingredients

    • Bottom: ¼ cup pineapple juice (chilled)

    • Middle: ¼ cup Hibiscus tea (chilled)

    • Top: ½ cup chilled Butterfly Pea tea (chilled)

    • Garnish: 1-2 fresh mint leaves

    Instructions:

    1. Pour ½ cup hibiscus tea, lemonade, or tropical juice into a glass.

    2. Slowly pour ½ cup chilled Butterfly Pea tea over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect.

    3. Garnish with mint leaves, berries, and edible flowers.

    4. Add coconut water or lychee ice cubes for a festive red, white & blue glow.

    5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

    New Cocktail Recipe

    1. Classic Margarita with a Twist 

    A color-shifting twist on the classic margarita.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 oz brewed Butterfly Pea tea (cooled)
    • 2 oz silver tequila
    • 1 oz fresh lime juice
    • ½ oz agave syrup
    • Ice, salt or sugar rim, lime wheel

    Instructions:

    1. Shake tequila, lime juice, and agave with ice.

    2. Strain into a salt- or sugar-rimmed glass with fresh ice.

    3. Slowly pour Butterfly Pea tea over the back of a spoon to float on top.

    4. Stir to watch the colors change!
