Four Seasons Jasmine Oolong

Four Seasons Jasmine Oolong marries jasmine, the world's #1 scented tea, with a personal favorite of our founder, Taiwan oolong tea. Four Seasons Jasmine Oolong from central Taiwan is a high elevation, lightly oxidized oolong tea scented in the traditional small batch yin hao style. The tea leaves and flower blossoms are arranged in alternating layers in a sealed box for seven days to allow the fresh tea leaves to absorb the alluring jasmine scent. 

Pro Tips:This tea is good for 4-5 infusions. Use a small pot or gaiwan. Brew the first infusion for 3-4 minutes, completely pouring off all liquid when finished. The second infusion will be the best. Steep leaves again about one minute for a second cup. Pour off all the tea and repeat.
