Hawaii is the only U.S. state growing cacao, the tropical fruit used to make chocolate. During the chocolate-making process, the beans are roasted and only the inner nibs are used. We take the outer shells, rich with chocolate aroma, and turn them into a delicious tea with all the flavor of everyone's favorite dessert — without the sugar, fat or guilt!

Brewing Technique:

• Steep: 4 minutes
• Leaf Amount: 3 grams of tea leaves per cup
• Water Temp: 195° F (90° C)

Cold Brew Technique:

• Steep: 6–8 hours in the refrigerator
• Leaf Amount: One rounded teaspoon per cup (8 oz) of cold water
• Water Temp: Cold filtered water

• Steep 6 grams of tea in 8 oz water for 5–6 minutes.
• Strain and pour into a mug.
• Top with steamed milk or a plant-based alternative.
