MAHINA | Tea for Sleep

MAHINA’s powerhouse ingredients include chamomile, valerian root, and passionflower. Research shows these ingredients boost natural production of neural messengers that relax the brain and calm its activity for a better night’s rest. Valerian root is used in naturopathic medicine to relieve symptoms of insomnia, anxiety, headaches and menopause symptoms.  Passionflower is used to relieve anxiety, insomnia and ADHD among many other conditions.

MAHINA also includes Hawaii-grown māmaki and moringa. These two superfoods are packed with antioxidants and plant-based nutrients. Māmaki, endemic to Hawaii, is a traditional Hawaiian medicinal plant that is high in polyphenol antioxidants and rutin, and can help to regulate blood pressure and cholesterol. Moringa contains seven times more vitamin C than oranges and 15 times more potassium than bananas. Both adaptogens rebalance the body and help it recover.
