Shipping, Local Pickup & Returns
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including the District of Columbia and Guam. Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order. Standard shipping is 5-7 business days for delivery. You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped.
We ship to Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Ireland, Switzerland, Hong Kong SAR, and South Korea. Freight charges will be calculated at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped.
All International Customers — please enter your billing and shipping information (name & address) in English. It is a mandatory requirement of the U.S. Postal Service.
Special Announcement — Australia Customers (as of Sept. 17, 2021):
Due to Australia's border closures, the U.S. Postal Service has suspended service to the country until further notice. We are unable to process orders to Australia until shipping services are restored. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Standard shipping is by USPS Priority Mail (3 – 5 business days). Premium ($20 flat rate) and free shipping is sent via USPS Priority Mail Express (1 – 2 business days) with tracking. Actual delivery time may take longer. Post office box addresses are acceptable.

Closed weekends & holidays
- On the first page of checkout, select Pickup for your delivery method.
- Complete your order, then wait for the “Order Is Ready for Pickup” email.
- Come to our warehouse and remain in your vehicle.
- Call 808-591-9400 when you arrive. We will come out to you.
- Show your photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, or military ID).
- Roll down one of your windows.
- We will place your package on a seat or hand it directly to you.
- If you would like a family member or friend to pick up your items for you, please call us in advance to make arrangements.
If you have an item that you wish to return, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order at email@example.com or (808) 591-9400. You MUST contact us prior to returning your products.
We do not cover the costs of return shipping charges unless due to company error. In order to receive full credit, all returns must be unopened in their original packaging and in unused condition.
Tea Chest Hawaii will exchange any unopened or unused product for product of equal value within 14 days of our receipt of the return. You will be responsible for shipping costs to us unless due to company error.

Canceling or Changing an Orders:
We are not able to cancel or change orders once they are placed on our website. Please carefully review your order before placing them.
