Shipping, Local Pickup & Returns
United States orders:
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including the District of Columbia and Guam. Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order. Standard shipping is 5-7 business days for delivery. You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped.

Standard shipping is by USPS Priority Mail (3 – 5 business days). Premium ($20 flat rate) and free shipping is sent via USPS Priority Mail Express (1 – 2 business days) with tracking. Actual delivery time may take longer. Post office box addresses are acceptable.
We ship to Australia, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong SAR, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Ireland, Italy, Switzerland and Monaco. Freight charges will be calculated at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped.
FedEx International and USPS International rates will be shown at checkout.

Closed weekends & holidays
- On the first page of checkout, select Pickup for your delivery method.
- Complete your order, then wait for the “Order Is Ready for Pickup” email.
- Come to our warehouse and remain in your vehicle.
- Call 808-591-9400 when you arrive. We will come out to you.
- Show your photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, or military ID).
- If you would like a family member or friend to pick up your items for you, please call us in advance to make arrangements.
- Turn off Nimitz Highway and head SOUTH on Sand Island Access Road.
- TURN RIGHT at the first traffic light.
- TURN LEFT into the first driveway on the left and head up the ramp of the McKesson Building.
- We are in the EWA MAKAI (southwest) corner of the building in Unit #203. Look for the Tea Chest sign.
If you have an item that you wish to return, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order at firstname.lastname@example.org or (808) 591-9400. You MUST contact us prior to returning your products.
We do not cover the costs of return shipping charges unless due to company error. In order to receive full credit, all returns must be unopened in their original packaging and in unused condition.
Tea Chest Hawaii will exchange any unopened or unused product for product of equal value within 14 days of our receipt of the return. You will be responsible for shipping costs to us unless due to company error.

Canceling or Changing an Orders:
We are not able to cancel or change orders once they are placed on our website. Please carefully review your order before placing them.
