We ship to all 50 states via United States Postal Service. Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order. Once it’s ready to ship, please allow 5-10 days as transit time varies due to location and weather. You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped.
International orders: We ship to most countries via United States Postal Service. Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order. You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped. Freight charge will vary depending on the final destination.

Frequently Asked Questions – Local Pickup
If for any reason you are not satisfied, Tea Chest Hawaii will refund your purchase of tea or accessories within 14 days of receipt.
If you have an item that you wish to return, please contact us at email@example.com or (808) 591-9400. You MUST contact us prior to returning your products.
We do not cover the costs of return shipping charges unless due to company error. In order to receive full credit, all returns must be unopened in their original packaging and in unused condition.
Tea Chest Hawaii will exchange any unopened or unused product for product of equal value within 14 days of our receipt of the return. You will be responsible for shipping costs to us unless due to company error.

Warranty On Tea Ware:
All tea ware comes with a limited one-year warranty on manufacturer defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Proof of purchase must be provided documenting purchase is within the time-frame to receive replacement. Please retain purchase receipts for your records.

Gift Certificate Policy:
You may print the certificate from our website and deliver in person, or, send it via email. Since we do not send a physical certificate or card, there is no shipping charge for a Tea Chest Gift Certificate. NOTE: Gift Certificates apply only to the cost of product(s) and associated taxes in your order, they do not apply to shipping charges for an order. Only one Gift Certificate can be used per order. Promotions or savings of any kind cannot be applied to the purchase of another Gift Certificate.
Canceling Or Changing Orders:
We are not able to cancel or change orders once they are placed on our website. Please carefully review your order before placing them.
