Jade Oolong is a spring plucking from Li Shan (Pear Mountain) in Taiwan. This chinsing cultivar is grown at the 3600-foot elevation and has great structure and depth with excellent balance and finish. The plants are only 20 years old and in the prime of their lives.

Lin Wang Tea in the small southern town of Taitung in Taiwan is a relatively young farm, but they have already won numerous awards. We spent time with the Wang family coming to understand their passion for crafting fine tea and learning the techniques of Honey Oolong.

Pro Tips:
Brew the first infusion for 3-4 minutes, subsequent infusions for 1 minute each, completely pouring off all liquid after each infusion. Pair this tea with anything chocolate.
