A medium-body tea, rich in fruit and honey flavors. Processed entirely by hand, only a few pounds of this precious black tea is available each harvest.
Maui Tea Farm, situated at the 4,000-foot elevation on the slopes of Haleakala, the House of the Rising Sun, is located ideally for tea cultivation. The high elevation, volcanic soil, cool temperatures and alternating sunlight and rain produce a very special tea.
Cupping Notes:
- Taste: banana, honey, vanilla, raisin

Brewing Technique:
- Steep: 5 minutes first infusion, 1 minute thereafter
- Leaf Amount: 6g per cup good for 3 infusions
- Water Temp: 195° – 205° F (90° – 96° C)
